Thank you for calling attention to the importance of physical health for caregivers, Kris. Strenuous physical activity is something I've ignored for years, but I'm thankful that I've developed a workout habit this year. I used to *hate* working up a sweat. Now I'm loving it and even look forward to my workout classes. I'm up to five days per week now!
